MEN OF INTEGRITY ARE SO REAR  BY ADEDIRE  ADEKANBI Time will fail me to mention names, but seriously I have met and related with men of great worth and integrity in my few years of living. I tell you, they are hard to come by. Men who are not just interested in your beauty but will go extra mile in inspiring you to invest more on the inner beauty.  They are not carried away with the noise around but addicted to the small still voice of the holyspirit. Men who are not interested in selfish gain but love freely from the heart, expecting nothing in return. These men are not just consumed by your figure and the shape of your lips but consumed by what you carry and will never stop ringing in your ears how much you carry. Men who are aware of your weaknesses but don’t take advantage of them, rather project your strength and help you build on it. Men who love God more than life itself, who exalt righteousness and lead all around them to do the same. Men o

THE PLACE OF A WOMAN CANNOT BE UNDEREMPHASIZED IN THE LIFE OF A MAN BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI

THE PLACE OF A WOMAN CANNOT BE UNDEREMPHASIZED IN THE LIFE OF A MAN BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI Women are precious jewel, they are golden ribbons, they lit up a man's life. I tell you, they can be so good at it. It is only the man in the scene that understands better how lucky he is to have his woman. Those outside the fence may try to put words together to express their good thoughts or even their disapproval. But Alas! The man knows better. The death of Sarah didn't go well with Isaac, he tried to cope with Abraham alone but the vacuum was there. Memories of his mother lingered and wouldn't go, not as early as people thought.  But something timely happened in his life: His marriage brought comfort in its entirety back to his life. The last part of Genesis 24:67 says, "and Isaac was comforted after his mother's death." It is only a worthy woman that such testimony could be said about.  When we say a woman brings comfort into a man's life, it is deep! I te

THERE MUST BE A ROOTING OUT OF THINGS WE CHERISH BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI

THERE MUST BE A ROOTING OUT OF THINGS WE CHERISH  BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI “The man wo has God for his treasure, has all things in one. Whatever he may lose he has actually lost nothing, for he now has it all in one and he has it purely, legitimately and forever” A. W. TOZER Until your love is void of attachment to things, you may not enjoy the fullness of God's provision for you. Your love must be made pure, free of every contaminant, be it things or person. Most of the times, the love we claim to have for God is perverse, hinging on so many factors deeply seated in our hearts. We are given out to things! Its easier to proclaim God's faithfulness when we have all we need at our beck and call. God is so jealous that he want to enter into the temple of our hearts and be enthroned, but then so many things which we have allowed are competing with God over this throne. Things in which we have security and we are more than afraid to let go. When God realized th

WITHOUT HARD WORK, NOTHING GROWS BUT WEEDS BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI

WITHOUT HARD WORK, NOTHING GROWS BUT WEEDS  BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI After you might have through the help of the Holy Spirit found a fertile ground to plant your seed, work had just begun. What it takes to plant the seed is nothing to be compared to that which it takes to grow it. I tell you friends, it takes hard work. Many planted their seeds and left them to fate and chance. They say time and season happeneth  to them all. A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the arms to rest, and your poverty will come like a robber, your need, like a bandit says; the Word of God which is infinite. The bible encourages us to continue sowing and investing, watering and pruning until the expected end comes: "Cast your bread upon the waters, for you will find it after many days. Give a portion to seven, or even to eight, for you know not what disaster may happen on earth". Eccl 11: 1-2. Prayer is hard work and not an "if I have the time thing&

THE EXTRA OIL MAKES THE DIFFERENCE BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI

THE EXTRA OIL MAKES THE DIFFERENCE  BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI I was on the bike, on the way to an interview when this song entered my spirit: Here comes the bride! Here comes the bride! Here comes the bride! Here comes the bride! I sang it till I got to the venue. Greater than the earthly marriage is the marriage super of the lamb which is the greatest and sweetest marriage any one can experience. I was able to glean wisdom from the words of a friend of mine which goes thus: The wise virgins and the foolish ones had so many things in common but just one difference. They were all females, they were all virgins, they had lamps and they had oil in their lamps. But one thing made the difference, “EXTRA OIL”, the extra oil distinguished the wise from the foolish. Always, the extra oil does it, the extra mile, the extra effort, the extra zeal, the extra passion. The extra makes the difference. I don’t know that thing you are going through that is challenging your C
