TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR LIFE (PART ll) BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI

Kudos to bro Samson's father, the angel appeared to the mother and she filled in him on the information received. The father did something worth emulating, he prayed to God to send back the angel. He wanted the revelation firsthand, he wanted the angel to come again and teach them how to bring up the child.

God answered his prayer, When the angel came back, the father asked him a well prepared question, “When your words are fulfilled, what is to be the rule that governs the boy's life and work? The father was keen on ensuring his unborn child fulfill the purpose of God for his life. What a great father!

Samson grew up and was fed with this great revelation about his destiny on earth, and that was all. Reading through his account, Samson had no personal encounter with God, which I want to say is the foundation of his problem. He just knew that whenever the spirit of God comes on him, there was this unusual strength made available to do the unusual and thread on impossible places.

But we are not the Samsonic generation, we are taking responsibility for our lives by seeking fellowship with our maker early in life. We are not taking any chances. Yes! Firsthand information concerning our destiny, we are ready to seek. We will not fall a prey to the devil.

Every word God has spoken concerning us will not just end in prophecy, it will not just end in dreams, it will materialize in full measure.
