IF WE ONLY BELIEVE WHAT WE SEE, WE ARE OF ALL MEN MOST MISERABLE BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI

Seeing is believing, a statement that we spill out consciously or unconsciously and because we speak it often, it has become our reality. The root of this statement of uncertainty is doubt. It means we are not sure/certain until we see/behold. Meanwhile, it does not have root in the word of God.

Jesus told Thomas, “Because you have seen me, you have believed, blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed” John 20:29

If you want to see with your physical eyes before you believe, then your future is void of anything new the world is yet to see. For even the bible says that, “what no physical eye has seen, what no physical ear has heard and what no human/carnal mind has conceived- the things God has prepared for those who love him” 2Cor 2:9

But then, these are the things God has revealed to us by His Spirit, 2Cor 2:10. What your spiritual eyes cannot capture ,you can never become, you can never handle.

The physical eye is limited, it can’t see the unseen. But the eyes of the Spirit sees, even into the years to come.

It is the Spirit that searches all things , even the deep things of God, and He reveals them to us. As we pray in the Spirit, confessing them, speaking faith filled words and taking divinely led steps, they become our reality.

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.

For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporal, but what is unseen is eternal 2 Cor 4:16-18.

In this realm, we see by faith, touch by faith, proclaim by faith, handle by faith, exercise authority by faith. We call things that be not as tough they were. We command result by faith. Faith is our lifestyle!
