Giving in to tough times is an experience of weaklings and men who often wait for external determinants before they step into their next level. When we faint in the day of battle, our strength is small. Small strength equate spiritual myopia. Spiritual shortsightedness is dangerous and causes men to faint. When your greatness is as real to you as God, not only in your imaginations, but you are persuaded and certain of what you are seeing, it is very unlikely for you to faint.  Reason being that there is inside of you a God running engine, you don’t need motivation from people to keep on taking steps. THE ROOT SYSTEM: YOUR ROOT WILL SURELY BE TESTED  BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI I want to quickly talk about two kinds of Christians: The surface Christian and Rooted Christians. The surface christian is one who remains as soon as everything go as planned, they have shallow root, they remain standing as long as there is no opposition. They have inadequate access to the source of nutrient needed to remain, they are short lived.  Most of the times, they make the loudest noise, only to fall when the flood comes. They are inconsistent and undependable, they only profess Christ as soon as the goodies flow, they are short sighted, they cannot see beyond now. They only live for today, they have no capacity to conceive a vision for the future, they are in Christ for their selfish gain.  They are tossed to and fro by every wave of doctrine. They do not have the stamina to endure hardship, they pull of their skirt in other to get a job because they have waited ...

YOU ARE A RARE GEM, SIMPLY PRICELESS  In this age where ladies/ women are swept off their feet by ephemerals, thank God we still have ladies/ women who have the picture of where they are going in their hearts/mind and are not ready to trade glory for a piece of cake. The prodigal son went into a far country, a strange land so he could live his life as he wanted, outside of God's plan.  The cost of disobedience is so great, It took the Isrealites to Babylon where they had to sing the lord's song in a strange land. Why do we live in perpetual disobedience to God’s word and yet desire the glory and blessing that comes with total or complete obedience. Any love you have for God that is not propelling you to have a closer relationship with your maker is fake.                                             PROCRASTINATION: AN ARK ENEMY OF GREATNESS   BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI A  page of my bible got removed, the removed page dropped into my bag and got squeezed up. Each time I see the page in my bag, I remind myself that I need to attach it, but will later forget and eventually I ignored it. During evening service in Church, the particular text the preacher dwelled upon was on that page. I had to search my bag, brought the squeezed page out, straighten it out before I could read. That’s not all, after this incident I felt so guilty, but do you know I didn't do anything about it until the page got lost and I couldn’t find it again.
