GOD IS INTERESTED IN WHAT YOU CAN BECOME
BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI

God selected twelve disciples, people who in their days were not relevant men, only known within their scope of jurisdiction. God looked at them and saw what mere physical eyes and reasoning could not capture. His eyes saw beyond the moment, he saw their future even before He choose them.

He saw great Apostles in weak and beggarly men of little or no reputation. He labored over them till what He had envisioned materialized. Now, we have the twelve Apostles of faith, thank God for their yieldedness, the Holy Spirit made it happen.

God looked upon the notorious Saul, a man who consented to the death of Steven and engineered many atrocities against the Christians. God saw in him an Apostle to the gentiles, and when the fullness of time came, he encountered Christ and he did great exploit. His impact is trans generation, it will ever remain relevant.

God is not interested in your past. He is interested in what you can become. I don’t know how bad your past is, I don’t care who you are, where you are from, what language you speak, Jesus loves you! He died on the cross because of you, He broke the chain of sin and death and gave us victory. We are liberated and set free to be the best God wants us to be.

We were weak and beggarly, now we are made strong and bold, the spirit of fear destroyed. Forget about your past, give your life to Jesus and be a partaker of this great family of God. We rule and reign, we are quickened by the spirit and do great things. We move mountains!

I am interested in the King and Queen on the inside of you. I am interested in the greatness on the inside of you. You are a huge investment of God, created and enabled to fulfill a magnanimous purpose. Something greater, bigger, deeper, larger than you, but within the reach of the Holy Spirit.

Let this words never leave you: God is interested in what you can become in Him.
