LIFE BATTLES AIN'T GETTING EASIER, WE ARE COMMANDED TO GET STRONGER BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI

The Christian life is a battle, in fact, life itself is a battle ground.

Someone said: What is life but a great battle, lasting from our earliest days until we sheathe sword in death?

We have victory in Christ Jesus, the cross procured victory and authority over battles of life.

We are not ignorant, we don’t pray to God never to give us problem. We have God's word written on the table of our heart. It says that in this world we shall have tribulations, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.

The advantage we have over life battles is that, we won even before we started the fight. “For in this things we are more than conqueror through Christ that strengthens  us.

But then, we lay hold on this authority bequeathed to us in Christ by revelation, not just by confession.

We fight daily, but not in the flesh, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, power, the rulers of the darkness of this world and spiritual wickedness in heavenly places.

The devil is always on the move, posing problems, challenges against our academics, finance, marriage, business, all in a bid to make us lose our stand. The devil wants us to vacate our place in the secret place.

We give him bouts of headache, when we abide in the secret place despite his schemes, that is wisdom!

God had already foreseen this. No wonder the bible says: “Finally, be strong in the lord and in his mighty power” Ephesians 6:10.

You are not a victor until you have fought and overcome, a  true soldier is identified by the scars of victory.
