GRATITUDE

He has set a table before us in the presence of the enemy. The enemy of our souls. He has anointed us with oil, the oil of gladness. Therefore our cup overflows.
.
.
The cup signifies a medium with which we are blessed and a medium through which God blesses others.
.
.
The size of our cup depends on how well we are yielded to God and His will for our lives.
.
.
Our level of submission determines how big the size of our cup .This submission on our part will bless us and others around us.
.
.
The size of our cup determines the level of mercy we receive. The level of mercy we give determines the level of help we receive.
.
.
The level of help we receive should dictate the amount of help we give. This is because the size of the cup depends on our action anyways.
.
.
This is actually what God meant when He said Abraham shall be blessed and He shall be a blessing. His faith and yieldedness to God determined how much He was blessed and how many people were blessed through him.
.
.
This means that faith is not complete without action (yieldedness and obedience to God).
.
.
The number of times you say thank you to God when you receive blessings determines how many times you others will be blessed through you. When others are blessed through you, they say thank you to you too.
.
.
So the reason we pray and get answers is that we carry out the instructions given to us by God.
.
.
Faith without action is dead. People of faith who obey God get answers when they pray. We should choose to be people of faith who also obey God. We should be grateful. SHALOM!
