LIFE, AN UNCERTAIN ADVENTURE

How humbling the fact that we cannot always predict accurately what would happen in the next minute.

Humanity even with our wealth of knowledge, skill, willpower and intelligence do not have all the answers. 

This brings us to staggering realization of how limited we are despite how creative and imaginative God has created us to be.

Sometimes we feel we are enough, at other times we feel so unsure, doubting our abilities and wondering if we have what it takes to deal with a situation we are faced with. 

Don’t you think life would be perfect if we all had super powers with which we could predict the future and control the outcome of any given situation?  

How about having a friend with such powers that we could always consult and who is always available to help us?

The Bible revealed that God is all-knowing, all-powerful and an ever-present help in trouble and while life is an adventure, we get to choose who we hang out with on our journey. We could choose to go at life alone or seek help. 

What determines the quality of help we get is the person we consult for help and what can beat a person who is all-knowing, all-powerful and is ever ready to help? Since He is ever-ready to help, the onus is on us to seek his help.  

Stretch your hands to God and you will not be ashamed.

Add-on to her Profession as a Nurse and Midwife, she's a great Baker with proven track records. RELATIONSHIP CORNER 5.O 14-04-2020 "BEYOND THE VEIL"  The veil is a net with which the face of the bride is covered on the wedding day. The veil is only needed on the wedding day, it doesn't go beyond that day. The covering of the bride on the d day is a customary process a bride goes through. There may be more than one significance for the opening of veil on the wedding day. For me, it is the crossing over from courtship to marriage. When the groom opens up the veil to behold the bride, new realities are opened up unto them.  Beyond, the veil are the realities of marriage, the way of life and the operations in marriage. Let me quickly drive home this point, what is obtainable in marriage depends on the relationship of the individuals involved with God on a personal level. ANGER

ANGER . . No one can upset us without our permission. Many times unknowingly we give room for others to manipulate us and then we get angry when they do. . . When we put our trust in humans instead of God and they let us down, we get angry.  . . When we get angry at times, it is not about what someone did. It is about who did it. If any other person had done it, it wouldn’t have meant much but because the person who did it did it we get angry. . . The anger directed at the person who let us down makes us bitter and affect our relationship with others.  . . Others get to pay for the sins of someone they have never met and they too get angry and a vicious cycle continues. . . Why not place our trust in God who cannot fail and who would never go back on his promises. . .  When we place men in the position of God and see them as our all in all, they occupy a position in our hearts and influences us in ways that we cannot fathom. . . Humans will always be humans and God will always be God.
