IGNORANCE KILLS! BY ADEDIRE ADEKANBI

Have you read through the account of Jephthah? How that knowledge worked for him. Jephthah asked the king of the Ammonites why exactly he wanted to attack his country? The king answered and said,

“When Israel came up out of Egypt, they took away my land from the Arnon to the Jabbok, all the way to the Jordan. Now give it back peaceably.”

But the reply Jephthah gave back showed he had knowledge of the event that actually took place, he had history at his finger tips. He was able to claim what belonged to Israel because of knowledge.

I tell you, knowledge is power. Applied knowledge is wisdom. Even wisdom is needed to use power rightly. But how do we apply the knowledge we do not have?

If we do not understand where we are coming from, we won't know why we are where we are and breaking loose from certain issues will be absolutely impossible.

Many are under the oppression of the devil today because they lack the Word. There are enormous promises of God for us in the Word. But we are not seeing the reality because we just don’t know. How killing ignorance is!

Many are afraid to travel because psalm 121:7-8 has not become a reality in their spirit, “The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

All are available in the Word, please access and possess what God has made available for you.
